This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and exclusive amenities. the room was well-appointed with modern furnishings and spacious bathroom. the staff was attentive to our needs and provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool with sun loungers and a poolside snack bar. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhood, full of great restaurants and bars. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered during our stay at this hotel was that the minibar water bottles were not complimentary. this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience we had.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the location was great, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The lack of a microwave in the room was a major inconvenience.

This was my very comfortable stay in a stylish hotel. Every detail was very good, including staff and location, I liked how fairly clean the property was. There were plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Our stay was a such wonderful experience. The hotel was stylish and perfect, and the staff were attentive, loved the incredible location close enough to restaurants, bars & coffee, many bars and sights in DC. Generally everything was excellent, yet the bathroom was dirty. There was lots of amazing meals.

The hotel had a great ambiance and modern feel. the location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, and a Whole Foods. the room was spacious with a giant TV that the kids loved.

The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of many good restaurant choices. The staff is responsive to everything and the neighborhood is close to a hot area. The room is spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of amenities. The bathroom is clean and well-lit, with a high shower head. The hotel offers free bottled water and has a Google Nest Hub in the room. The bar downstairs has friendly and accommodating staff, and the chef's Brussels sprouts are highly recommended.

The coffee machine should be kept in the room, and not upon request.

Everything was simply great. Loved the outdoor restaurant and its excellent cuisine.

The hotel was trendy, the staff was consistently courteous, great experience overall. Perfect location for shopping in a market and stores, very close to sights in DC. We visited the roof top bar and liked the hot drinks.

I recently stayed at Viceroy in DC for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the lively 14th St and Shaw neighborhoods, as well as walking to downtown and the National Mall. The hotel itself was nestled on a quiet residential street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The highlight was definitely the rooftop, offering breathtaking city views and a pristine pool. The staff were exceptional, with one manager standing out as the most professional we have ever encountered. a fantastic experience.

The venue was clean and the staff were terrific. Excellent boutique hotel in a good area of Washington. Also, midtown and other tourist destinations were at a small distance. The room was cozy and updated, the bad was extremely comfy. Had good service.

good location to visit the city even if a little bit off-centre

cleaning is rather fast and variable according to the days, dust, glasses not changed, room not made at the end of the day (only once) it would be necessary to improve the service in room.Perser to add the amount of the visitor's tax on average 50$ per day per room which inflates the price and an amount of 23$ for the "Guest amenity" (which are little justifiable)

The room was spacious and well-decorated, with a quote on canvas that made us smile. The location was perfect for us - we were in walking distance to almost everything, including the Capitol and several great restaurants. This hotel also had great cleanliness, parking facilities, and breakfast.

This hotel is located in a vibrant and hip area close to several restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool and the restaurant with a patio are nice additions, and the rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is also dog-friendly.

It fell short of expectations with a soulless ambiance and a lack of facilities in certain amenities.

The only thing that was not right for me was that the pool is limited from 8am to 4pm and I left another place that was cheaper and even offered breakfast to enjoy the pool. And when I arrived after 7pm, it was not available.

Another thing I didn't like was that they have chanmpoo in the bathroom and conditioner and body wash in big pots, so it's for everything.

We had booked for the pool on the roof top because we have children and it is nice to cool off in the evening. Not only is the size tiny but it closes at 4pm in the afternoon as the area is then turned into a bar which is not open to anyone under 21. No mention of this on the booking. This requires you to be back at 16:00, which is not the objective when you want to visit. So disappointment on this side because service not usable.

Our stay at Viceroy was truly exceptional. The modern decor and stylish atmosphere immediately caught our attention. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, particularly when I encountered an issue with loud music in the evening. They promptly addressed the situation and made sure I got a good night's sleep. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, with the exception of a minor stain on the carpet. The complimentary wine and hot chocolate hour at 5pm was a delightful touch. We also took advantage of the free loaner bikes, which allowed us to explore the great location of the hotel. I highly recommend Viceroy for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is centrally located but a little far from the nearest metro stop (15 min. walk). The hotel restaurant is always full and very busy.

The small swimming pool (7*3,5) is stormed from 0800 to 1600, then it becomes the bar of the 1600s. So it is not ideal for children.

The hotel was quiet, had gorgeous views and incredibly comfortable location right by convenience store and the downtown and restaurants. The staff was superbly friendly and phenomenal, everything was brand-new. I appreciated the room, it was updated and well-appointed. The bathroom was amazing and the furniture was modern.

The staff and location were just very good! Besides, parking was available on site.
